Choose Settings on the home screen of your FireStick (located in the menu bar on the top).

Scroll down and open Manage Installed Applications.

Select the app whose cache you want to clear. When you do that, the cache size appears on the right.

On the following window, click Clear cache
Note: Clicking Clear Data will also clear the cache. However, it will also reset the app and remove any data, including login data, settings, etc. DO NOT choose this option unless you are intending to do this.

Scroll down and open Manage Installed Applications.

You’ll see all the applications that are currently installed on your Fire TV device. Scroll down to the app you want to delete and select uninstall.
Refresh EPG
Refreshing the EPG is the easiest way to solve any issues you might have with your tv guide.

From the TV King home screen select Settings (gear icon) from the left side menu. Once you’re inside select EPG.

Select EPG Sources then click Refresh EPG.
