What payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept CashApp and Venmo.

Do you offer a refund?

We do not offer refunds.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Service is month to month. You ARE able to order multiple months when you check out.

Do you do credit checks?

No. TV King app does not do credit checks.

What steps can I do to solve buffering or freezing?

Go to Downloader app. Type in Fast.com then select GO. If your speed is not above 50mbps then you will have issues. We suggest internet speed to be at least 50 or more. If your Firestick has been updated, the speed test feature will be located under Network settings.
From the Firestick Home screen go to settings, applications, select TV King, clear the cache, force stop then relaunch application. If this does not work unplug your TV, your streaming devices and internet modem for 60 seconds before rebooting. Delete any apps you no longer use and clear cache on all apps.
Use a wired connection. If your device has a port to hardwire, this is always suggested
